Alexander Goes Apple Picking

We took Alexander to Demarest Farms to go apple picking today. We saw another couple, Heather and Joe and their 1 yr old daughter Olivia there and we spent the day picking apples with them. There was a corn maze, hay ride and yummy lunch at the farm. Alexander mostly picked leaves, but Dan picked up the slack and we brought home 12 lbs of apples. So I am going to whip up an apple pie tonight...NOT ;) But for dinner we are having....apples!lol :)It was a fun day! We may make it an annual event.

How fun! The colors are SO vivid--all the greens, blues and reds. Looks like a great outing, and deserving of an annual family event.

Wait, I thought you're moving to Davis/Sac and the annual event will actually be at Apple Hill instead with cousin Luke???

:)

(I'll keep trying to get you out here....)

The pix are so amazing. Maybe great blown way up and framed for your kitchen or dining room? Alexander picking a leaf off that tree would be amazing...
As Grandma Sheri (Sorbello) would have said, "thanks for sharing" ;)
love you 3,
Uncle Dale and Aunt Kim
and I'm glad Bethany is bugging you to come out west! ;)
